AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Roam & Wonder – Day Retreats

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a Roam & Wonder Day Retreat, I agree to the following:

I understand that the activities offered during the day retreat, including but not limited to walking, yoga, meditation, workshops or talks, are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.

I acknowledge that I will receive fitness-related information and instruction and that participation in physical activities involves physical exertion which may be strenuous and carries a risk of injury. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

If at any time during the day retreat I experience discomfort or pain, I will stop the activity and inform the host, instructor, or facilitator and seek assistance if needed.

I understand that I may rest at any time throughout the day retreat and that I am responsible for listening to my body and respecting its limits.

I confirm that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any physical activity. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and do not have any medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in the day retreat.

I agree to notify the host or instructor of any serious illness, injury, or relevant medical condition prior to taking part in the day retreat.

I agree to follow all instructions, guidance and safety rules provided by Roam & Wonder, the instructors, facilitators, and the hosting venue or studio at all times during the day retreat.

I accept that neither Roam & Wonder, the instructors, facilitators, guest practitioners, the hosting venue or studio, its owners, staff or representatives, shall be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from my participation in the day retreat, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Tickets, Cancellations & Transfers

All tickets for Roam & Wonder Day Retreats are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance with the replacement attendee’s details.

Exclusion of Participation

In the unlikely event that a participant conceals relevant health issues, is unfit to take part, or behaves in a way that endangers themselves, other participants, facilitators, the hosting venue, or the smooth running of the day, Roam & Wonder reserves the right to exclude them from participation after an initial warning. In such circumstances, the booking will be terminated without refund.

I have read and understood this Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability and agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
