Free Community Walks

At Roam & Wonder we believe in the power of community and the simple joy of spending time outdoors. That's why we host free community walks, open to everyone who loves to get out in nature. These local walks take place throughout Gloucestershire, The Midlands, The Costwolds, Wales and North Devon, offering various routes that allow us to gather, connect, and enjoy the beauty of the natural world.

Whether you're up for a short stroll or a longer hike, our walks are a chance to meet new people, share stories, and soak in the sights and sounds of the countryside. We often pause for coffee and cake along the way, and for those who fancy it, we usually end up at a local pub for a well-earned pint.

All are welcome to join—so long as you’re physically able to enjoy the walk. For families, we also offer shorter routes perfect for little legs.

Let’s build a community that loves the outdoors, one step at a time. All event details for our community walks can be found here and on our facebook page.

Complete the booking form here to secure your place on any of our walks!

You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been processed (please allow 48 hours and check your junk box for your first email from us).

The day before each walk, you will receive another confirmation email with further details, and exact location from a google maps
link and what3words location.
