Questionnaire Prize Draw
Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully. By completing the Strategy Lab Corporate Retreats Questionnaire, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility
Entry into the prize draw is open to individuals who work in HR, People, Operations, Administration, Leadership or similar roles, and who are involved in organising or influencing team events, workshops, away days or retreats within their organisation.
Entries from individuals outside of these professional roles may be excluded at the discretion of the organisers.
How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the Strategy Lab Corporate Retreats Questionnaire in full and provide valid contact details.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Incomplete responses may not be included in the draw.
Prize Details
Two complimentary places on Roam & Wonder retreats scheduled for 2026 will be awarded.
- Each prize consists of one fully hosted place on a selected Roam & Wonder retreat in 2026. Specific retreat dates will be confirmed with winners.
- Travel to and from the retreat location is not included unless otherwise stated.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
Draw Structure
Two prize draws will take place.
- Each draw will be triggered once 100 eligible questionnaire responses have been received.
- Once the threshold of 100 eligible responses has been reached, one winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries.
Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected at random using a fair and unbiased method.
Only responses deemed relevant to the intended audience (HR, People, Operations, Leadership or similar professional roles) will be included in the prize draw.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided in the questionnaire.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
Use of Information
Information provided through the questionnaire will be used for research and development purposes to better understand organisational needs around team retreats and away days.
- Contact details may be used to follow up with relevant information relating to Strategy Lab or Roam & Wonder services.
- Participant data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
General
The organisers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.
