LUXURY RETREATS
What do I need to bring?
2 days of hiking clothes (waterproofs, lots of layers and spare socks
Suncream
Comfortable walking boots (ideally waterproof)
Small backpack
Water bottle
Swimwear
Any additional evening alcoholic drinks (wine is served with dinner)
Where are the retreats?
Our next retreat will be in a beautiful village on the edge of the Cotswolds, near Pershore.
Our retreats are at various locations around Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and Devon.
The accommodation is always carefully selected depending on the group or retreat specifics.
What’s included?
Everything you will need, from the minute you arrive to the moment you leave:
3 nights accomodation
All meals & snacks + wine with dinner
All activities, including guided hikes, yoga session, workshops
Time to switch off and enjoy our beautiful house and amenities
Can I book a private retreat?
Yes, we can arrange a private retreat for you and your group, tailoring your experience specifically to your needs, whether that’s a special celebration, birthday, wholesome hen, corporate retreat etc. we can cater for it all.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We cater for all dietary requirements and food preferences.
Our private chef does an incredible job at making delicious food for everyone.
All meals are included during your luxury weekend retreat.
Can I pay in installements?
Yes, we offer flexible payments plans.
Can we drink alcohol?
Yes, some wine is served with dinner and you are very welcome to bring any extra drinks you would like during your stay.
We have plenty of kitchen storage and drink space to keep it all cool.
Are the retreats women only?
Our retreats are mixed and we usually have an almost 50/50 gender split.
If you would like to book a men’s or women’s only retreat for you and your friends, please get in touch and we can make that happen!
If I’m sharing a room, who will I be with?
All shared rooms will be with the same gender. If you are coming with friends, we will put you together.
If you would prefer a solo room, there is a supplement charge.
Are the retreats women only?
Our retreats are mixed and we usually have an almost 50/50 gender split.
If you would like to book a men’s or women’s only retreat for you and your friends, please get in touch and we can make that happen!
Is there a pool?
Our next retreat has a heated outdoor pool and sauna.
Every retreat location will have at least a pool, sauna or hot tub - if not a combination of all three!
How challenging are the walks?
There are some steep inclines but nothing that lasts too long. There are small challenges to each walk. Being on the edge of the Cotswolds / Worcestershire we mostly have rolling hills, woodland paths and a few stiles to climb over.
The first walk is around 8 miles and the second is around 9 miles. These can be adapted if needed.
Do I have to do every activity?
Absolutely not! You choose what you do and don’t get involved in.
This is your retreat and nothing is compulsory.
We just want you to relax and enjoy.
How do I book?
Visit our website, select your preferred retreat and follow the booking instructions or send us a private message so we can send you a booking form and secure a space.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely! Most of our guests come alone and leave with new friends - that’s part of the fun!
You are of course also welcome to come with a friend of two!
Does every room have an ensuite?
For our September retreat, there are ensuite rooms available and some with a share bathroom with another room.
You have the option on booking to select a shared or ensuite bathroom.
Can I bring my dog?
While we love our furry friends, retreats are pet-free to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
Wagging tails are very much welcome to the community walks though!
COMMUNITY WALKS
Are the walks free to attend?
Yes, all community walks are free to join!
We want these walks to be accessible to everyone who wants to get out in nature.
Most walks finish at a local pub or cafe where we may stop for a drink or food - you are responsible for any purchases made during this time.
How do I sign up?
Head to our Community Walks page where you will see the full list of walks and a link to the booking form.
You can select multiple walks on one form.
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, weather appropriate clothing and water are essential. A small snack or packed lunch is usually reccommended too!
Are the walks suitable for beginners?
Definitely! Many of our walks are beginner-friendly. Check the details of each walk description and feel free to send us a message with any questions.
Can I join a walk without registering?
No, please complete the booking form. This is to ensure we can manage group sizes and share any important information in preparation for the walks.
What if I arrive late?
We set an arrival time and a walk set off time to give everyone enough time to meet, put walking boots on and get prepared for the walk. We need to leave promptly, so please send us a message if you are running late and if it doesn’t impact the group
Can I recommend a route?
Yes, we’d love to hear your suggestions! Drop us an email or message with your ideas.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome unless the route specifies restrictions.
You are of course solely responsible for your dog during these walks and must ensure they are on leads when appropriate.
What happens if I can’t attend after signing up?
We understand plans change. Please just let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else.
How do I stay updated on future walks?
Follow us on social media or join our email list to stay in the loop!
Is there a maximum group size?
Yes, group size is limited to ensure safety and quality. Sign up early to secure your spot!
Will there be guides or leaders on each walk?
Yes, walks are led by our friendly team who know the route and can assist with any questions.
Can I come alone?
Of course! Many people come solo and leave with new friends.

Can I take photos during the walk?
Yes, we encourage it! Please share your snaps with us on social media.
We also have a private facebook group for people who have attended / plan to attend the walks so you can all share together.
How long are the walks?
The length varies for each walk. Details are provided in the walk description.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We’ll send updates via email and social media if a walk is postponed or cancelled due to extreme weather, but more often than not we will still head out, as long as everyone has the appropriate clothing and gear and it is safe to do so!
What happens are the walk?
We usually stop at a local cafe or pub for refreshments. Everyone is always welcome to join. Any purchases are your own responsibility.
Do I need to be physically fit?
Our walks are designed to be accessible to everyone with various options. Some routes have hills or uneven terrain and are suitable for varying abilities. Check the walk description for specific details.
We want these walks to encourage anyone and everyone to get out in nature. Some are more challenging than others.
Can children join?
Some of our walks are family friendly and chosen specifically for little legs.

On the bigger and more challenging walks, if you’re sure your kids can keep up, they’re welcome too.
